They provide consumers with advice on the procedures of making complaints. They provide consumers with advice on the line of action they can take when they call a trading standard’s helpline. They investigate complaints about the selling of age-restricted products to under aged children and deal with issues which affect everyone, such as falsely described goods as well as other violations.
